BENJAMIN MOORE LONDON FLAGSHIP BRUSHES INTO FULHAM ROAD

The Sloane Stanley Estate has announced they are welcoming American designer paint brand, Benjamin Moore, for their debut London showroom at 263 Fulham Road.

Opening in September the 1,300 sq ft flagship showroom will stock the brand’s range of premium quality paint from a vast colour palette of more than 3,500 shades.

Founded in 1883, Benjamin Moore is North America’s leading paint, colour and coatings brand.  Available in the UK since September 2015 online and through Shaw Paints Ltd, the high quality, reliable and durable range offers long-lasting premium colour coverage catering to all manner of home and commercial painting projects.

Commenting on the news, Hannah Grievson, Commercial Property Manager at Sloane Stanley said: “Benjamin Moore’s focus on exceptional quality and stunning finishes makes them a wonderful addition to Fulham Road’s premium interiors and lifestyle hub.  We are pleased to announce the signing of this new flagship store, which highlights the demand from premium brands to take prime space within the Estate, further strengthening our compelling retail and lifestyle mix.”

Helen Shaw, Director of Shaw Paints added: “We are thrilled to be debuting in the capital on such a sought after and prime location, amongst many other leading names in home retail and interior design.  With an unswerving commitment to the finest quality paints, colours and finishes, we feel our brand offers something unique to the area and we cannot wait to showcase our world renowned premium paint offer that transforms everyday rooms into extraordinary spaces.”

This news follows the recent opening of Silvera, the French interior design specialists, who launched their debut UK showroom on the King’s Road in June.

Serving a catchment of over 8.5 million people, the Estate has a Total Comparison Goods market potential of £555.5 million.   Dominated by premium and accessible premium brands that account for 74% of the total offer – which is much higher than the benchmark average of 50% – the area ranks in the top 3% of 4,300 Retail Footprint ranked centres nationally.
